Dealership with Williamson Diamond Mine – WDM
•MIL will be sole supplier of all bearings to WDM following successful testing of samples.
•MIL should arrange to stock all parts whose samples have already been tested and accepted by WDM
•WDM Engineering department shall give MIL it’s annual consumption plan for easy deliveries well in advance.
•MIL has an agreement with DHL to facilitate quick clearance and special account to deal with fast tracked goods
•For all untested parts shall be subject to testing before they are usage.
•All parts shall be delivered to WDM, fitted and tested, and payments will be done after satisfaction on quality and performance.
